I took this photo in the eastern Sierras, off Highway 395, at the Owens Gorge Road. I love those mailboxes and every time we travel to the Sierras, we drive by them just to see them!

Clouds and Bridalveil Falls~SkyWatch Friday, July 31, 2009

One morning hubby and I took this road to get a view of the falls. Clouds were developing over the mountains near Yosemite and continued to grow during the day. We didn't get any rain, but they added a nice contrast to the beautiful scenery. SkyWatch Friday for July 31, 2009.

A beautiful image that one should must enlarge to see better. I love how the trees look so small up on the big rock. A really wonderful place you seem to live in!
