Header photo

I took this photo in the eastern Sierras, off Highway 395, at the Owens Gorge Road. I love those mailboxes and every time we travel to the Sierras, we drive by them just to see them!

Watery Wednesday, July 22, 2009

When we arrived in Yosemite National Park this past June, there were many waterfalls. We had never seen this many before! The park had just had a snow storm two weeks prior to our visit and there was plenty of snow still on the peaks. We enjoyed seeing the many waterfalls that the park had to offer. This one was just outside of Olmstead Point. Watery Wednesday for July 22, 2009.

Awesome pictures. Very interesting how the water comes around the trees.

Waterfalls are on my list of favorite things to photograph. Very nice captures!

Boy, you and hubby are really getting around! Nice shots. I was in Yosemite last October, but the falls were almost running dry for that time of year. Love the header shot. Enjoy the day...
