I took this photo in the eastern Sierras, off Highway 395, at the Owens Gorge Road. I love those mailboxes and every time we travel to the Sierras, we drive by them just to see them!

Watery Wednesday November 26, 2008

Back in the time when hubby and I used to go to Hollywood Park race track, I took this photo of the ponds in the infield. HP maintains their ponds and flowers. I always worried about the birds that flew into the ponds, but apparently the horses get used to them!

I can't believe that I've never been to Hollywood Park but it's on my place of things to do, that one and Santa Anita. Great shot and I like that you got the horses in the background. Klaus is right, it's a must see in full size.

Great photo and fun to see it enlarged.

I'd have more fun watching the birds than the horses :-) Both look great and a beautiful spot to watch either.

Wow! I clicked to enlarge and that is so pretty. Tell me, are those fake flamigos to the right?
