Header photo

I took this photo in the eastern Sierras, off Highway 395, at the Owens Gorge Road. I love those mailboxes and every time we travel to the Sierras, we drive by them just to see them!

Sierra landscape~Sunday Stills Challenge 0542210

Hubby and I travelled to the Sierras in February since I had a 4 day weekend. It had just snowed there three days before we arrived. This was taken near the Alabama Hills, near Lone Pine, looking up at the mountain range. Sunday Stills Challenge for May 22, 2010.

The air looks so clean, crisp, and clear there. I too like all those mailboxes lines up in a row! Wow!
