I took this photo in the eastern Sierras, off Highway 395, at the Owens Gorge Road. I love those mailboxes and every time we travel to the Sierras, we drive by them just to see them!

Twin Lakes~Weekend Reflections~121209

I took this photo when hubby and I visited the Twin Lakes near Mammoth, CA. We got there very early one morning during our June vacation. It was a chilly morning and people in the vacation lodges were burning wood....ahhhh....a cold morning, hot coffee, and the smell of pine! Weekend Reflections for December 12, 2009.

Mystical! What a great idea to have some coffee with a bit of pine mixed in. Lovely!

Great scene. Contemplating over a cup of steaming hot coffee works for me.

Bacon and eggs on a crunchy bun would go down very well whilst taking in a serene scene like this, too. A lovely reflection in a beautiful part of your country.
