Sand dunes and dead trees near Indio, CA on a stormy afternoon one day last week. Now temps are back up in the 100's, unfortunately. Our "cold spell" is gone and the weekend will be warm again, but on this afternoon, the sky was quite dynamic. SkyWatch Friday for October 14, 2011.
