I'm always looking for wooden fences and we spotted this one on the drive around Lake Tahoe when we were up there in June. Aren't wooden fences interesting? Scenic Sunday for September 20, 2009.

Yes the fences and Lake Taho are very scenic. I have seen similiar fences at Gettysburg and Antietam battlefields. Thanks for sharing your scenic Sunday.
I agree. Wooden fences are so intriguing to photograph! These are so nice and inviting...beautiful.
I've always prefered wooden fences or rail fences...they blend into the scene rather than ambushing it. the Lake Tahoe area is beautiful.
